Students, institutes and other participants can create separate account types. The selected account type controls the profile fields and ticket price.

With your permission, the browser shares coordinates and the website selects the nearest active location created by the administrator. You can always choose another city manually.

Online payments are confirmed after gateway verification. Manual payments receive the final receipt after administrator approval.

After the event, a paid participant must be marked present or checked in. Eligible certificates appear in the user dashboard and can be printed or saved as PDF.

The organiser scans the unique QR code on the confirmed receipt. A ticket cannot be checked in twice.
